Now, I would like to share these 'random thoughts of the day' I was forwarded this email a few months ago and saved it because it is hilarious. I will let you read.
1. I think part of a best friend’s job should be to immediately clear your computer history if you die.
2. Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong.
3. I totally take back all those times I didn’t want to nap when I was younger.
4. There is great need for a sarcasm font.
5. How the hell are you supposed to fold a fitted sheet?
6. Was learning cursive really necessary?
7. Map Quest really needs to start their directions on #5. I’m pretty sure I know how to get out of my neighborhood.
8. Obituaries would be a lot more interesting if they told you how the person died.
9. I can’t remember the last time I wasn’t at least kind of tired.
10. Bad decisions make good stories.
11. You never know when it will strike, but there comes a moment at work when you know that you just aren’t going to do anything productive for the rest of the day.
12. Can we all just agree to ignore whatever comes after Blue Ray? I don’t want to have to restart my collection…again.
13. I’m always slightly terrified when I exit out of Word and it asks me if I want to save any changes to my ten-page research paper that I swear I did not make any changes to.
14. “Do not machine wash or tumble dry” means I will never wash this — ever.
15. I hate when I just miss a call by the last ring (Hello? Hello? Damn it!), but when I immediately call back, it rings nine times and goes to voicemail. What’d you do after I didn’t answer? Drop the phone and run away?
16. I hate leaving my house confident and looking good and then not seeing anyone of importance the entire day. What a waste.
17. I keep some people’s phone numbers in my phone just so I know not to answer when they call.
18. My 4-year old son asked me in the car the other day “Dad what would happen if you ran over a ninja?” How the hell do I respond to that?
19. I think the freezer deserves a light as well.
20. I disagree with Kay Jewelers. I would bet on any given Friday or Saturday night more kisses begin with Miller Lite than Kay.

Hahaha If that didn't make you laugh or simply think to yourself, "this is so true!" then just read it again. I bolded the ones that I think are just SO true!
I would also like to add one of my own :
21. "I get the idea of the automatic toilet flusher, but they should really check to make sure they work properly. 9 times out of 10, the flusher either flushes while I am still sitting down, or when I get up to leave the stall, it doesn't flush, so then I have to wave my hand in front of it, or 'pretend' to sit down to activate it...I mean, I think I can be the judge of when I am finished"

Drunken shortly after my 4.3 mile run this morning. I was sore from yesterdays workout with my trainer so today was a just cardio day. It was a great run! I did better than i thought I would being the day after my training session
1/3 C oat bran, frozen berry mix, 1/2 banana, chia, cinnamon, truvia, Crazy Richards PB (more than pictured!)
After some work there was needed to be done, it was snack time. Plain Chob's and an organic gala apple. They are acrobatic aren't they?
Chobani was eaten as so, with some Kays Natural Honey Almond Cereal. (Love)

- First up to try was the rich brown bread
- I was very skeptical about what this bread would taste like. It felt very cardbord-y and dense. BUT the outside of the package says "A miracle happens when you toast it!" So, I gave it a shot.
- Ingredients: orghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Millet Flour, Flax Flour, Date Paste, Eggs, Sunflower Seed Oil, Xanthan Gum, Sea Salt, Yeast, Gluten Free Baking Powder.
toasted up with some melted cheddar cheese. This company does not mess around. This bread was so rich, nutty and delicious! it really did turn into a miracle in the toaster! It was light and crispy. I love the addition of date paste in this bread! Maybe thats what made it irresistible. Each slice has just 60 calories, 13g carbs, 3g fiber. They are small slices, but 2 of these with some toasted cheese make for a great snack!
I also decided on some soup for lunch. I receieved 3 cans of Campbells Select Harvest soup from a giveaway I won on from Melissa @ Melissanibbles (Thank you girl!)
Not terrible nutrition facts, besides the high sodium content, but that is to be expected with canned soup.
I added some broccoli to boost the veggie intake in here. This soup was ok, nothing spectacular. I am not a huge canned soup fan anyways, so I was not expecting much out of this, I was just craving something warm. The broth was thick yet thin at the same time. It felt very processed with a fake flavor but watery at the same time. I did like the large chunks of veggies and chicken breast in this soup, along with the white beans. I scooped them right out of my bowl first. What was left was a lonely bowl of broth. 5/10. I would not get this flavor again, sorry Campbell's.

After lunch I met one of my best friend from High School who was home for the week for thanksgiving (she lives in Washington DC) for a manicure! It was so nice to catch up with her and I will see her and lots of my other friends Friday night for my 5 year HS reunion.

I came home and dug into this yog mess with a dollop of peanut buttah...SCORE...I also had some un-pictured Natures Path Organic Crunchy Maple Sunrise.
Also so psyched about this...mini sugar pumpkin!! Can't wait to roast it (so sorry for the outfit/hair, etc)
What are you psyched for these days?
-I am off to eat some dinner and then head to bed around 8:45. Yes, like I am in 3rd grade, besides the fact that I have to be up at 4:15. sweet
Gnite xo
