This is going to be short but sweet, I am running out the door but I wanted to share a few pics and express my LOVE for you all! I had a great spin sesh this morning, torched 637 cals! I am loving my Garmin, not just for curiosity of calorie burn but also for heart rate. I reached a max today of 174. My real max is around 220-23 (which is my age) I will get there one day!

For lunch, I made tofu salad with some left over greek yogurt, mustard and sesame spices
It is amazing! especially on Tuna, crust it, then throw on the grill and its spicy and delicious! I found it at TJ Maxx!!

The rest of the was spent with my mom and I GOT A MASSAGE! it was amazing! It was a man too! I have never had a massage by a man, and I loved it! very aggressive and just what I needed to get all teh kinks and knots out of my back!
