Did I mention I tried my Dark Chocolate Dreams? OMG that stuff is pure crack. I thought normal PB was crack, but this was a whole new experience.
1/2 C oats with chia, cinnamon, frozen berries, 2 egg whites mixed in. Topped with crunchy PB and DCD. This was DEVOURED.
Lunch was a whole wheat wrap with lots of good innards
turkey breast, baby spinach, sprouts, hummus, pickles and TONS of honey mustard!
A side salad that looked like this (was in a tuppe ware, eaten at work but same ingredients!) baby spinach, cauliflower, cuke, tomatoes, raisins, peanuts, tomatoes with honey mustard.
Triology KomBOOOOcha. This was an awesome flavor! it had a mix of ginger and berry flavors. Love it! I wish it wasn't $3.50 a bottle!
Snackage of Yoatgurt. 1/4 C oats cooked in water. I added frozen strawberries (3)
1 container of Fage plopped on top
Yes, I did it. PB and cinnamon. This tasted like an upscale PB & J. It was mouthwatering and I liked the container, no lie.

It was time for some tea! my mom gave me this and I was so psyched to try it! Organic Passion Plum. It is juicy AND jitter free!
This is when the major FAIL occurred....
I added some soymilk and LOOK what happened. It immediately started curdling. I was so sad!!! It smelled amazing but I had to throw it out because I couldn't bear drinking this.
Dinner was some left over Turkey and Tomato soup with some string cheese melted in there!
Josephs wrap with left over spaghetti squash, grilled chicken, LC wedge and lettuce. This was phenom!!!
Now I am home and feel like a bottomless pit! I think nothing filled me up today and I could really eat my whole kitchen! I made some of Aprils Protein bars which I will share tomorrow with you all! they smell AMAZING.

- 10 plyo lunges (10 each leg)
- 1 min Jumping Jacks
- 15 push ups
- 15 squats, alternating leg lifts
- 1 min mountain climbers
- 1 min bicycle crunches
- 15 tricep dips (with a hold at the bottom on the last one)
- 12 backwards lunges, alternating legs
- 30 seconds plank, 30 seconds left side plank, 30 seconds right side plank
- REPEAT 2 or 3 times
