Hey guys! Thank you so much for your support on my last post regarding the email I got. I know this specific comment wasn't attacking me, but I still felt like I needed to answer appropriately.
- Handful frozen berries

Breakfast happened after my Insanity Workout. Today was the "cardio recovery" CD. Sure, it wasn't all of the jumping around and crazy plyometric's, however this was still quite a workout. It was a whole lot of deep muscle work (squats, lunges, planks) It was just what I needed, and it was also balanced out with yoga movements and many positons where we had to HOLD. Afterwards, I hit the treadmill just for a nice 15 minute incline walk, while watching some crazy new music videos...Have you seen Christina Agulieras new video? I believe its soft porn.. It said it was removed from Youtube!! I found it HERE
Mid Morning I had a SOYmazing Muffin! I am loving these!
Lunch was the typical salad of romaine, cucumber, red pepper, carrots and homemade dressing
Deli thin with one veggie burger, Laughing Cow wedge, romaine, sprouts and honey mustard
I finally broke into my Natures Hollow Ketchup!
I have a new favorite condiment, people and it starts with 'Ketch', ends in 'up' Tomato-y, delicious and perfect on my veggie burger!
Afternoon snack was a greek yogurt with 3/4 C Kashi Go Lean, 12 almonds and 1 apple!
I was ravenous today! I broke into my emergency Luna Bar stash that I keep at work. I had about 1/3 of this peanut butter cookie one. So good!
Dinner was more Leftovers! Roasted Broc, chicken sausage, left over millet salad
I found these chicken sausages at Whole Foods. I had great luck with this brand with chicken meatballs so I figured the chicken sausages would be just as good!

I cooked one this morning before work on a skillet. The smell was AMAZING this morning, and the taste tonight? Even better! Go find these! More dippage on the side
I came home and had a little piece of a wrap with AB and raisins!
Im BEAT! So off to bed for this girl quite soon! If it is nice tomorrow morning I plan to go on a nice walk, and INSANITY plyo workout later in the day at work!
