New Spin Playlist & Rainyyy Saturday!

Rainyyy Saturday here in Boston, which means perfect for some blogging! I had a very productive first half of the day. I taught my spin class at 11, then went to Target with my roommates for some things! Below is my Spin Playlist. Enjoy! it was an AWESOME class and best of all, my roommates took the class and worked extra hard.

Then I ended with 25 minutes of ellipticizing.
Some chia oats to start the day!
  • 1/2 C oats cooked in water
  • 2 eggwhites
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • Blueberries
  • PB

I grabbed a hazelnut coffee at 7-11 on my way to work (red light picture)

and snacked on a piece of Aprils Protein bars.

Salad with romaine, broccoli, grape tomatoes, snap peas, carrots with balsamic vinegar.

Wrap (what else would you expect from me?) Joseph's wrap with lettuce, hummus, sprouts, tomato, mustard.

Afternoon snackage of Kashi Go Lean and Greek yogurt. Crunchy, creamy. Perfect!


Mini shop at Whole Foods after work ( I was only going to get dinner!) this is what happens!


Love this creamy cottage cheese.


My dinner was a smorgosboard of a salad. Romaine, celery, pepper, beats, tomato, 'shrooms, lentil salad, corn, hearts of palm


ANd one of these Gardein Tuscan Breasts.


Great stats! 22 grams of protein in one of these.


Poked a hole in the bag and microwaved for 2 minutes on high power. This was delicious! I loved that there was lots of sauce. I really enjoyed this product!


Dessert, what I was looking forward to, all of dinner!


Wow. These were way better than expected. This tasted like full fat, creamy ice cream when each one is a mere 100 calories and 2.5 grams of fat! These get my Onefitfoodie seal of approval.


Breakfast this morning was a big ole bowl of oats to fuel me for my spin class!


Lots of coffee!


Post workout protein shake!
  • handful frozen berries
  • 1 C almond milk
  • 1 scoop Sun Warrior Protein
  • ice/water to desired consistency
  • Kashi Puffs for some crunch!
I also just finished making some Strawberry Sugar Free Jell-o! I love Jell-o once in a while, not all of the time because it is sugar free meaning loaded with chemicals, but once in a while, its A-OK with me! Everything in moderation!
