This post is going to be SUPER speedy on the talking, but not lacking in the picture department. I have about 15 minutes before I have to hit the hay, I have a 4:15am wake up call (work at 5am)
Today was filled with awesomeness. Why? you ask.
I was ready to take on a 5 mile run
in my gear
OBSESSED with the Lululemon running spandex. I would like for this company to sponser my blog if you are reading (haha)
Got my garmin HR monitor and foot pod on my Brooks.
NICE! Dominated that 5 miles. I ran 5 and walked the .19 It was a perfect perfect running morning. There was not too much breeze and I felt so amazing. I ran around the resovior in Cleveland circle twice and back to my apartment. The whole thing was exactly 5 miles!
What else was awesome? My Protein Pancakes.
- 1/3 C oats
- 1/3 C cottage cheese
- 1/2 scoop BSN lean dessert cinnamon roll protein powder
- 1 TSP baking powder
- 1 shot of vanilla extract
- 2 eggwhites
- BLEND AWAY
1 with banana slices!
Final product with cottage cheese and SF syrup for dippage
This was the best breakfast I have had in a while!
I also de-thawed some frozen berries and added them to the dippage factor
What else was awesome? My Cinnamon apple protein Muffins!!
With almond butter (pardon the chippage on the nail's...manicure is tomorrow)
Ensalada with broc, snow peas, cukes, romaine and yellow pepper

A repeat sandwich that was AWESOME as well. 1 flame broiled Boca burger, sprouts, romaine, 1 LC wedge, dijon mustard, red onion. SO good!
Mid afternoon snackage of some awesomeness. NAtures Path Heritage flakes with 1 container greek yog and 1 TBSP chia seeds.
Yes, I added some Naturally More. Nothing is complete without it.
Dinner was burnt delicious brussels sprouts, sweet potato, broccoli and 1 chicken sausage.
Still hungry, so I munched on a high fiber wrap with almond butter and raisins! AWESOME
