Happy Friday, guys! First of all I LOVED hearing about your childhood memories and some things you loved. Clearly lots of us were 80's babies and all enjoyed sega, POGS, trolls, cabbage patch kids & Skip it!
I want to start out with the BEST package I received the other day. Seriously, this is one of the best thus far. The gracious people at NuNaturals totally hooked me up!
- NuStevia Baking Blend
- NuStevia White Stevia Powder (100 packets)
- 2 dropper bottles of clear Stevia and Vanilla flavored Stevia
- NuStevia White powder
- NuStevia extract
Coffee, here I come!
They also hooked me up with this crazy, awesome cook book binder!
With some fellow bloggers recipes! Katie made it!
And Amie too!
The winner of my breakfast used my NuNaturals Vanilla Stevia drops
Into 1/2 C oat bran, 1 TBSP chia seeds
In the mix was 1/2 banana and 3 cut up fresh strawberries
Mixed and topped with some frozen blueberries and 1 TBSP peanut butter
I made a protein cake before work so I could have a little mid morning snack!

- 2 TBSP wheat bran
- splash of egg whites
- drop of stevia

- Nuke for about 1 min in a mug (SPRAY the mug!!)
Lunch was a side salad. Slaw, cucumbers, red pepper, mushrooms and romaine with homemade dressing
Wrap with 1 3oz can of tuna mixed with cottage cheese and dijon mustard. Sprouts and romaine, hummus
Afternoon snackage was 1 berry chia protein muffin
Greek yogurt with TONS of cinnamon.
Dinner was some leftovers of my balsamic chicken with mushrooms Sweet potato and roasted cauliflower
Yesterday I had a 4 mile run. It was SO windy but really good! I felt awesome afterwards.
Today, was INSANITY filled. after the Fit Test, I was roaring and so ready to go! I did day 1 "Power Cardio and Plyometrics" It ROCKED. I was a sweaty mess and it totally kicked my butt. I felt so energized after, I felt like running 3 miles (no, worries, I didn't) I fueled beforehand with a banana, but not too close to the workout because I didn't want that banana coming back up. Overall I love it so far, and I can't wait to continue!
Berry Chia Oats fueled me post INSANITY
Some coffee was much needed and I used a stevia packet! I loved the subtle sweetness it gave to my caramel vanilla creme coffee!
Apple few hours later. (Also want to mention I felt like a bottomless pit the 5 hours post INSANITY. Nothing satisfied my hunger!!)
I had about 3/4 C Kashi Go Lean
SCORE! Roasted almonds. I needed some FATS for some staying power
This is about 1/2 of a serving.
All together now.
I met my mom for a whole foods salad bar lunch OUTSIDE! It was so beautiful out!
Protein was some grilled chicken
Afternoon energy booster. Raspberry Bliss Kombucha!
I am so happy Its Friday! I have a fun weekend ahead of me. Tomorrow morning I will probably do day 2 of INSANITY and on Sunday, I am volunteering at the Walk for Hunger, here in Boston! What are you all up to this weekend?
