Did anyone else know that JWOWW has her own clothing line? Uh, yeah she does! Its called Filthy Couture
here's a peek (you can see more on the website. She wanted to make classy clothes for the clubbing scene, but that could also be worn just out and about (I don't know about you, this is not something I would wear 'out and about' Anyways, her stuff is certainly not cheap!! The dresses all range from $100-$300! There are tops, swimsuits and 'filthy dresses' as well. Being the Jersey Shore fan that I am, I give props to JWOWW for branching out and creating this line that she seems pretty passionate about. I, myself would never be caught dead in most of the clothing that she makes, but I know she will have many Jerseylicious fans that will! GO JWOWW
Vanilla Stevia made an apperance in my breakfast this morning (and in my coffee)
Ho hum, another day, another bowl. 1/4 C oats, 1/2 C liquid eggwhites, 1/4 C berries, cinnamon, nutbemeg and some drops of stevia. Delicious, never gets old
Yesterday I baked a HUGE batch of rice krispie treats for a friend at work who is having a baby girl (just found out) I wanted to make them pink, but I forgot the food coloring when I went to the store, but had purple sugar so just threw on about half of the bottle!
Making these yesterday was pure torture! OMG the smell of melted butter and marshmellows lingered in the house for a good 2 hours. Paula Deen would have been proud.
ANother guy at work brought in some fresh green beans from his garden! He picked them today and brought them in. They were DELICIOUS! I couldn't stop eating them
Fresh n' crunchy
A mid morning snack (11:00am) 3 oz grilled chicken and 1/2 C brown rice along with my green beans. I also had 1/4 C blueberries
Workout: Today, I did some steady state cardio (35 minutes) I did a mix of elliptical and incline walking because I was bored and wanted to breakf it up. I also did some core work thrown in the mix. I also worked legs. The workout was awesome! I did wall sits and I am definately getting better at them, and able to hold them longer, but I will still always have a love/hate relationship with them!

Hamstring roll-ins (ahh that burn!)
Lunch! Baby spinach, red pepper, mushroom, 1/5 avocado, 1/4 c brown rice, 1/4 c sweet potato (I mixed starches) I had 3 oz chicken on the side
I'm all organized with my CSF info and sheets! I love to stay organized, it helps me to stay on track.
I just cooked up some more protein (turkey) for the rest of the week!
