Yes I am fully enjoying a few days off, so I apologize for being MIA.
I have been enjoying lots of clean, competition friendly meals. (Brown rice, green beans, broccoli, chicken breast marinated in salsa)
Loving this avocado oil!
And of course I am ejoying lots of this.
Classic breakfast (Oats cooked with cinnamon, unsweetened cocoa powder with egg whites, fresh blueberries + strawberries)
I did THIS sprint routine.
Oh and hows competition prep going? Well good, but then I watch things like this:
I will find that place in NYC, go and eat that pizza. You better believe it
Oh and David Guetta's new CD? Best $15 I spent all week.
