This program is perfect for those looking to maximize their nutritional habits for weight loss and/or performance gains. Upon purchasing, I will send you an assessment form to review your current nutritional habits. This will enable me to better help you to achieve your individuals goals by identifying the nutritional habits that will work for you!

What you will get

  • Includes one time custom nutrition plan only, 1 week nutritional plan made for you to cover every meal for all 7 days of the week.
  • Offer suggestions that I believe are applicable and customized for you and your goals.
    Healthy shopping list for you to pick and choose foods that work for you and your goals
  • 2 check in’s via email with Naomi (once per week)

(3) Fitness and Nutrition Assessment:

Upon purchasing, I will send you a general question and answer form for me to better help you achieve your goals and thus design a plan to fit your specific needs.

For those who prefer to workout at home, in a gym, or travel often, this option is great for you! Receive a 4 week Strength Training Workout & Cardio Routine catered to your goals! Upon purchase, you will receive a workout/fitness form so I can assess and help you to obtain results catered for YOU.

I am here to show you what you need to do to obtain the results YOU want. People are different and what I do is help you reach YOUR goals.
