Based in Boston, my story starts from an early age where I was always very active, yet overweight as a kid. Toward the end of High School, I discovered strength training and completely transformed my body. This created a fire in my brain and from that 17 year old body, I knew that Health and Fitness was always going to be a priority in my life. After studying Exercise Science at Ithaca College, I returned back to Boston more ready than ever to help lives transform. At age 26, I joined Cathy Savage Fitness and decided to get in the ‘best shape of my life’ while I absolutely loved competitive fitness, I found that this was not a sustainable way of life for me, so now, nearly 6 years later with 6 shows under my belt, I continue to be a Coach for CSF and inspire women from all over to life a healthy, balanced lifestyle before, during and after show prep.
 
After 7 years working in the commercial gym setting, while quietly also running my own personal training business and brand, I finally now 100% run my own Personal Training Business in Boston. I am beyond grateful to have your support and encourage you to always reach out to introduce yourself!
I am a huge believer in balance, moderation and lifting heavy shit. I know what works. I have experienced the highs and lows of body image from severe overtraining, disordered eating to recovery and optimal health. I know that whether you are here looking for fat loss, muscle gain or need new found motivation through a refreshing, unique perspective of someone who cares so deeply about health, I create programs for you.
 
It is my mission and my passion to mentor and teach people how to live a purposeful and inspired life; one where you are free, strong and confident.
 
Living, embracing and embarking on a healthy lifestyle is a journey. its time to finally Enjoy the ride. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym and there will be no food that is *good* or *bad* It is possible to create a sustainable lifestyle that you are obsessed with. When we begin being grateful for what our bodies are capable of, this is where the the magic happens to transform, grow and build!

Where I Train/What does it Cost

Currently, I train out of a boutique studio in the South End, Saldare Body Therapy. I also Travel all around the Boston area to clients homes, apartment/condo gym’s and teach a class at  Lynx Fitness Clubs.
