I am a Personal Trainer. I am a Certified health coach. I am a Physique Coach. I cook and share crazy delicious, healthy recipes. I know what works. I have experienced the highs and lows of body image from severe overtraining, disordered eating to recovery and optimal health. I know that whether you are here looking for fat loss, muscle gain or need new found motivation through a refreshing, unique perspective of someone who cares so deeply about health, I have created this program for you.
It is my mission and my passion to mentor and teach people how to live a purposeful and inspired life; one where you are free, strong and confident.

Who I Am
BS Exercise Science from Ithaca College. Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, Physique coach. Writer. Friend. Daughter. Granddaughter. Sister. Niece. Cousin. Lover. I currently work at Equinox Boston as a Tier 3+ Personal Trainer as well as train private clients all over the greater Boston Area. I am a coach for Cathy Savage Fitness and empower women through strength and confidence. By fusing my passion for nutrition with my passion for exercise, I have been able to coach client through any goal at hand.
