I am In Love…

First I want to wish each and everyone of you a Happy Valentines Day!! To be honest, I don’t care if any of you are in a relationship or not just know that the only person you should be loving today and everyday is yourself.  Celebrate you, your beautiful self, your unique qualities, your quirkiness, your body, your mind and your soul

“To love one’s self is the beginning of a life long romance” -Oscar Wilde

I thought I would talk today about some things that I have been loving!

Magic Bullet: I have always loved my bullet, but these days I REALLY love it! For some reason I have been using it way more than I used to. For a simple salad dressing I take 1 tsp sesame or olive oil mix it with a little vinegar, mustard and stevia for a delicious salad dressing in 10 seconds. The other night I made ‘healthy’ hot chocolate! 1 TB unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 C almond breeze, 1 packet of stevia and blended it all up! You can even microwave it in the same container! LOVE the easy clean up and that it’s so compact, so It doesn’t take up a ton of space in a cupboard or on the counter
Cathy Savage Fitness: All the friends I have made, all of the motivation I get constantly have made me feel so empowered focused and alive. I am loving being a part of this team and cannot wait for my show in April. (11 weeks-ah!)  I feel like I have finally found my ‘niche’ and can’t wait for each and everyday that I wake up, ready to be positive and smile!

Oxygen Magazine: Okay, I have to plug myself here just a bit. I always have loved Oxygen. It is the gold trophy of magazines in my mind. I look up to the women in these magazines and so happy that there is a resource out there for women who LIFT and make exercise/healthy eating a lifestyle! In the March issue of Oxygen Magazine I have another recipe published! It is on page 56 and it is the Cheese and rosemary stuffed chicken breast with roasted vegetables and sweet potato! YUM!!
Coconut Oil: Love the stuff! I talked about it a little here! I haven’t gotten sick of it yet and find it adds a subtle delicious flavor to my oatmeal in the morning and also gives me alittle burst of energy!
Quinoa: I have been eating quinoa like it is going out of style! This nutty grain is wheat free and PACKED with protein. It is a delicious alternative to rice. I have been mixing it with Greek yogurt, walnuts and cinnamon for a delicious afternoon snack.
The Victorias Secret 2011 bikinis:  I just want them all!! They are so so so cute, stylish, brightly colored and well priced!!!
My reusable ceramic to-go mug: I really love coffee. Like really love it and don’t go a day without it. I always usually take some to-go and I have been looking for a to-go mug that is not stainless steel(I don’t like the flavor it seeps into the coffee) I found this ceramic to-go mug and it is PERFECT. It keeps my coffee hot and there is so metal flavor!
Muscles: I have been noticing some muscles in my body that I really have never been able to see before start to pop out. Its such an accomplished feeling to see and to think, where have they been hiding this whole time!
Trader Joes: I recently moved into a new place and the closest supermarket is Trader Joes. I always went there but it wasn’t my main supermarket. I believe I have fallen in love with Trader joes all over again and so happy that I am even closer to it now!
Yogi Ginger Tea: I believe I have talked about this tea briefly before, btu I am obsessed! It has a subtle ginger flavor and it is perfect for a post dinner soothing drink. I love the flavor!!
Nivea Simply Smooth body lotion: Nivea is one of my favorite brands of body lotion, and I swear there is nothing better in the world than this lotion. It smells amazing, absorbs fast and makes my skin baby smooth!
Kale chips: I have just been obsessed lately! I haven’t gotten sick of them and have a whole batch at least once or twice a week!
Essie ‘Barefoot and Topless’: This nail color, I am obsessed with!! its nuetral, goes with anything and has a little splash of color!

I also have been cooking up some delicious dinners including this tofu dish that I made last night
Roasted tofu with cumin and cinnamon. Roasted broccoli and brussels sprouts
And as always, delicious salads! Baby spinach, cabbage, brussels sprouts, cucumber, red bel pepper, pulled chicken breast.

Question of the day: What are you loving lately?
