If anyone is wondering if I am back to eating my oats combo of oats + egg whites + berries + coconut oil? Well yes, yes I am so happy about it. It may be one staple that I was acutally so sad about having to give up for that 1 week before show–yes I know it was just a week, but this combo is just so darn good! HERE is a STEP BY STEP showing of just how I make my oats

Just go. Make it. Like Now
I made a protein shake! I couldn’t decide what flavor to go with, so I used 1/2 scoop chocolate protein and 1/2 scoop banana cream protein (Both Optimum Nutrition brand which I think blends and tastes just great for the price and quality!)

It was delicious indeed! Like chocolate covered banana. I have also been adding some raw oats into my smoothies. Sometimes I make a protein shake and bring it to work, so it sits in the fridge at work for a few hours. I love that the oats soak up the liquid and become chewy and doughy as I drink it. Its a must try!

I know I mentioned in my last post that I rummaged through my mom’s old jewlery when I went home and came out with some great finds! I thought I would do a mini fashion show here of what I found and also some of my favorite jewlery pieces
I snagged this green bracelet. I am unsure what type of stones these are but the bracelet is awesome! I love the color and it is perfect for summer time. I have only recenty gotten really into jewlery, before that you would find maybe one other bracelet or necklace lying around my room. Well, these days I have acquired quite a bit!
These are some new purchases I got (not from my moms house) The two bracelets and ring are from Forever 21 and cost a total of about $12.00. You can snag some GREAT stuff and it doesn’t have to come from Bloomingdales or a fancy boutique–trust me!

The jewlery box (I also love that pink bracelet in the bottom right corner!) As you can see there is lots of shiny bling–well I love the bling and all things sparkly…its the competition that sparked that inside of me!

Here is that green bracelet again from the first picture
This is another find from my mom. It is a beautiful pearl on a long silver chain and I love the decorative elements on the pearl itself
This necklace–again I love the color and its so fun for summer! The turquiose will make any boring outfit just POP.
This ring is from Forever21 as well and I wear it ALL the time when I want to jazz up an outfit. It was about $6.00
I bought these two pink swarovski bracelets at my fitness competition. I wore them with my sportswear theme outfit
You can see them there!
Oh I just love them!

My mom did have these pretty clips that I snagged! I love to put up my bangs with bobby pins but when I go out, these will come in handy for sure!
One my my favorite pink bracelets that I have. Guess where its from? Forever21! About $8.00. Totally worth it, I wear it all of the time!

other than jewlery, my other obsession these days would have to be all things Pumps. I am obsessed and cannot stop looking!
