Strong is The New Skinny + 32 Is the New Strong WORKOUT!

Hey!
Today I wanted to share a quick and dirty workout with you all that seemed to be such a hit amongst a few of my managers where I work. Although it was “Onefitfoodie” inspired, these ladies made the whole workout up themselves and it looks amazing!

Strong is the New Skinny & 32 is the New Strong
 
In honor of  3 of my amazing co-workers all whom are turning 32 this year.
 

THE WORKOUT:
32 Jump Squats

32 Straight Leg/Straight Arm KB sit up

32 Push ups

32 TRX Rows

32 Plank knee to elbow

32 slide board slides

32 KB swings

32 Walking Lunges

3.20 minutes @3.2 incline and speed 6.4

32 KB deadlifts

32 Burpees (the grand finale)

 
***To be done as fast as possible
