Well I am back to feeling better today YAY….I first will do some foodie updates from yesterday when I was NOT feeling so great. I started out the morning with an AWESOME spin class!! I seriously am in LOVE with the instructor. She is so awesome and really pushes us out of our comfort zones, which she certainly accomplished!
I brought a delicious wrap and salad to work. The wrap was great! But the salad was looking at me the wrong way. When I am sick, all the roughage from the salad just does not sit well. So in the cafe I went with some old school chicken noodle soup (from Au Bon Pain)
Chicken Noodle Soup (look at that chunk o’ chicken)
Josephs lavash wrap w/ homemade tuna salad (greek yogurt & mustard) sprouts, tomato, laughing cow wedge
This was delicious!! the combo of the soup and wrap really hit the spot! However my appetite continued to be very strange. Do you ever get those ‘bottomless pit days’ where you feel like you could eat anything and everything in site?? well yesterday was one of those for me!
Snack time rolled around and I was so looking forward to this beautiful bar!
By far my favorite Lara Bar, The banana bread. It tastes like heaven in a wrapper!! I was so sad when It was over. I crumbled it up and put it on the greek yogurt-all time favorite snack
*How do you eat YOUR Lara Bar?**
I also Munched on this a few hours later
Cortland Apple with Justin’s PB decorated on it (doesn’t it look like a scary face??) Ahh I am so in the halloween spirit can ya tell??

Ok on to Dinner! I was beyond ready to try my new Carba Nada Noodles I recieved this past week!
Carba Nada Noodles with 24g Carbs, 12g protein and 6g fiber per serving! (5 servings in the bag total!)
We picked you this lil’ guy at whole foods (salt free roasted chicken!) I cut apart the white meat and I was going to combine it with the Carba Nada noodles! (great idea huh?)
Noodles Cooking away! they cook so fast, only about 5-6 minutes!
Roasted veggies on the side. Cooked in the oven with a bit of EVOO and salt and peppah. Eggplant, Brocollini (love this stuff!) Yellow pepper and Portabello mushrooms
My Final Prodcut. The diced white meat chicken with the Carba Nada noodles and fresh tomato sauce. Topped with some fresh grated Parm cheese
Jason wanted to go the ‘green’ route (Go J!!) But of course by green, I mean pesto. Luckily we ALWAYS have homemade pesto in our freezer that my mom makes!!!
Naomi’s Red sauce bowl and Jason’s “go green” Bowl…
WHICH WOULD YOU CHOOSE??

Oats w/ 1/2 nanner, blueberries, strawberries, chia, PB, cinnamon, vanilla, truvia MMMMM
Jason went the real breakfast route with some Homemade pancakes by YOURS TRULY
Whole Foods Pancake mix with blueberries and Maple Syrup
**Ok, Which would you choose…Naomi’s AWESOME oatmeal or Jason’s Jazzed up Pancakes?**
We also picked up some Coffee from Panera Bread. I jazzed mine up with my Silk French Vanilla creamer when we brought it back home

Red sauce and oatmeal!… not together of course, though I think I have done that in the past, haha
Hey girl! Glad you’re feeling better.
I would choose your eats on both meals. I’m not a pesto fan and I never turn down a good bowl of oats!
I’ve never had coffee from Panera. I’ll have to check it out.
Enjoy your weekend!
ooo Lots of free goodies 🙂
I’d definitely choose your yummy meals.. but that’s only cause I’m obsessed with red sauce and oatmeal! That cereal sounds awesome.. it’s loaded with protein!

I would choose green but they both look yum!
Woohooo on all the swaggie action 🙂 Enjoy!
The banana flavor is my favorite Lara bar! I love it 🙂
I love pancakes but that oatmeal looks pretty fantastic!
Jealous that you always have homemade pesto on hand! SO USEFUL!
I’ve never seen those omega-3 products. Did you get them free?? I want to try! let us know how they taste, I may recommend them to clients.
I’d choose the red sauce, AND the pesto, mixed 😉
that pasta looks yummy! i’d take a little of both-i’m bad at choosing 🙂
i love rotisserie chickens for easy meals! when you’re done, the bones make yummy stock (which then makes yummy soup, rice or couscous!)
I’m all over the red sauce- yum!
I would also say that the boy’s pancakes look killer. Hope you enjoy your samples!
Glad you’re feeling better! I love Larabars… I’ve been carrying around the Banana Bread all week, but I keep forgetting to eat it.
I’m a sucker for anything green and anything with oats! So….I choose Jason’s noodles and your breakfast 🙂
Hmmmm I think I would have to choose the oatmeal…although I would love the pancakes too!
P.S. I’m so glad I found your blog…I am in high school and have been thinking about going to college for something exercise/nutritional related…I’m just not really sure what exactly. Any advice? THANK YOU!!
Thanks for checking out my blog Naomi! I’m so glad you did – because now I’ve found yours – and I love it!! Hmmm…LaraBars I’ve just eaten plain – only the ApplePie flavor – but now I’m inspired to do it up yogurt-style. Also- sorry- but I have to go with Jason’s green bowl and the pancakes!! 🙂 Yours look fantastic of course, but I think it’s just my ‘mood’ for today – ask me tommorow and you’ll get an entirely different answer – haha such a girl!! I’ve also never seen those noodles before – but now will be on a search. Enjoy your sunday!!
banana bread! mmmm.
