Happy Friday, guys! First of all I LOVED hearing about your childhood memories and some things you loved. Clearly lots of us were 80’s babies and all enjoyed sega, POGS, trolls, cabbage patch kids & Skip it!

I want to start out with the BEST package I received the other day. Seriously, this is one of the best thus far. The gracious people at NuNaturals totally hooked me up!

Today, was INSANITY filled. after the Fit Test, I was roaring and so ready to go! I did day 1 “Power Cardio and Plyometrics” It ROCKED. I was a sweaty mess and it totally kicked my butt. I felt so energized after, I felt like running 3 miles (no, worries, I didn’t) I fueled beforehand with a banana, but not too close to the workout because I didn’t want that banana coming back up. Overall I love it so far, and I can’t wait to continue!

Berry Chia Oats fueled me post INSANITY

Some coffee was much needed and I used a stevia packet! I loved the subtle sweetness it gave to my caramel vanilla creme coffee!

Apple few hours later. (Also want to mention I felt like a bottomless pit the 5 hours post INSANITY. Nothing satisfied my hunger!!)

I had about 3/4 C Kashi Go Lean

SCORE! Roasted almonds. I needed some FATS for some staying power

This is about 1/2 of a serving.

All together now.
I met my mom for a whole foods salad bar lunch OUTSIDE! It was so beautiful out!

Protein was some grilled chicken
Afternoon energy booster. Raspberry Bliss Kombucha!

  • Favorite drink of the moment
  • Do you believe that certain weather makes people happy?
  • Do you believe in artificial sweeteners or have them in your diet at all?
